Eventication Event management software

Prepare access lists your gate team can use

Bring accreditation requests, supporting documents and access decisions together before people arrive.

Eventication helps your team review applications, assign zones and check access on site using tickets or QR wristbands.

From an application to a checked arrival

What your accreditation team needs to coordinate

Accreditation connects applications and approvals to the records used at your event’s gates. Set up lists and forms for crew, artists, suppliers, press and guests, then give each person the access they need.

  • People and vehicle registrations
  • List contacts
  • Gate access information
  • Zones and days
  • Approved list changes
  • Check-in records
  • Access and catering
  • Documents awaiting signatures

Eventication keeps these records together so preparation and gate teams can work from the same information.

How accreditation fits your setup

Included workflows

  • Online accreditation requests with branded forms per stakeholder group
  • Review and approval of accreditation requests
  • Digital document signing (NDA, waivers, agreements) with completion tracking
  • Zone-based access rights per person, per accreditation type, per day
  • On-site QR wristband printing with cloud-connected printers
  • Checkpoint scanning and attendance based on recorded entry and exit
  • Food and beverage entitlements with scan-based claiming
  • Dedicated rental hardware: scanners, printers, kiosks, 4G devices
  • Self-service supplier and partner onboarding via shareable links
  • Parking access and recorded vehicle arrivals

Handled separately

  • Public attendee ticketing (integrates with ticketing partners)
  • Visa or travel management for international artists
  • Artist booking, fee negotiations or rider management (handled in Artist Management)
  • Physical security staffing or steward coordination

Accreditation connects applications and access decisions to your on-site checks. Public ticket sales and cashless payments remain with your configured providers; your team remains responsible for access procedures at the event.

Accreditation at other events

We had dozens of Excel files and zero oversight. Three months into Eventication, our team works independently and for the first time I have peace of mind before the event.

Questions about accreditation

How does the accreditation request flow work?

Create lists and forms for the groups attending your event. Contacts submit the requested details through a link, and your team reviews and approves access. Receiving a submission does not automatically approve it.

Can applicants sign documents digitally through Eventication?

Yes. Applicants can sign documents digitally. You can review signature status and, where needed, require signing before ticket download. Your team chooses the documents and requirements.

How do zones work in Eventication?

Create zones that match the areas you need to control. Assign access by person and day, then check those permissions at the relevant checkpoints.

Can I print wristbands on site?

Yes. You can print QR wristbands on site or prepare them in advance. On-site printers need power and a wired internet connection; printing actions depend on your configuration.

What hardware does Eventication provide?

Scanners, wristband printers and kiosks are available to rent. We can discuss the equipment and connectivity each location needs.

How does food and beverage tracking work?

Configure meal selections, record collection and export planned and given meals. You can also share a catering overview with your caterer without requiring an account.

Can I manage parking through accreditation?

Yes. Register vehicles and manage parking access. Recorded vehicle check-ins show arrivals and attendance; allocated or downloaded parking tickets do not by themselves mean a vehicle has arrived.

How can we manage access to accreditation data?

Moderator permissions control access to lists and private information. Contact us to discuss your event’s data requirements and the information needed for a privacy review.

How does Accreditation fit with Artist Management, Crew Management and Stock Management?

Artist management holds booking and production information, crew management handles shifts, and accreditation handles access. A wristband can identify the same person for access checks, catering and equipment loans.

Can we use the same wristband at different desks?

Yes. A wristband linked to a person’s record can be used for access checks, catering collection and stock loans. Each desk uses the relevant module and permissions.
