Information your teams need to share

  • Crew availability and shifts
  • Artist and performance details
  • Approved access lists
  • Equipment requests and returns
  • Updates for each team
  • Records for task handovers

These are easier to coordinate when the relevant teams can work from shared information.

How the information connects

Booking and production work from the artist dossier as performance details develop. Crew coordinators prepare shifts, accreditation teams review access, and stock teams manage equipment requests and loans.

On site, a crew member’s wristband can help your gate team find their access record and your stock team record a radio loan. When the radio is due back, the stock team can look up who collected it.

Help preparing for your event

Eventication grew from our own work at festivals. We use that experience when helping teams choose their modules and prepare the people who will use them.

We can discuss your setup, training, equipment and on-site support together.

  • Consulting

Talk through your workflows and the information each team needs. We can help you plan a setup around the way your event runs.

  • Training

Prepare the people who will manage registrations, schedules, access and equipment. We agree training around your team and the modules you use.

  • On-site support

You can request on-site support for your event. We’ll discuss the work involved and confirm arrangements with you.

  • Dedicated hardware

Rent scanners, wristband printers and kiosks for your event. We can help you plan the equipment, power and connectivity each desk needs.

Connections to ticketing, cashless and API partners

Use your configured providers to issue tickets and give cashless rewards from Eventication. Each event can connect to one ticketing provider and one cashless provider.

Ticketing partners

Connect one ticketing provider per event and select the products you want to issue to crew and accreditation lists.

Cashless partners

Connect one cashless provider per event to give crew top-up rewards. Available actions and confirmation of top-ups depend on the provider.

API partners

Catalyst is a beta API for reading selected event data, including planning, catering and stock records. Access requires an event-specific key, administrator approval and permissions for the relevant endpoints.

Eventication at other events

Before Eventication, our volunteer planning lived in six different Excel files. Now, 400 crew members register themselves, pick their shifts, and show up. We spend 80% less time on admin and can finally focus on the event itself.

Questions about the platform

What is Eventication?

Eventication helps event teams manage crew, artists, accreditation and equipment. The modules share event information so teams can prepare and work together on site.

Which modules does Eventication offer?

Crew management covers registration, shifts, communication and rewards. Artist management covers booking and production information. Accreditation handles applications and access. Stock management records equipment requests, loans and returns.

Do I have to use all modules?

No. Start with the parts of your event you want to manage in Eventication. You can add other modules as your needs change.

How do the modules connect?

People and their access, catering and equipment records belong to the same event. A ticket or wristband scan helps teams find the right person’s record on site.

What kind of events is Eventication built for?

Eventication is built around the work of festival and event teams, including crew coordination, accreditation and equipment handling. The festival, city and agency pages explain how those workflows fit different teams.

Does Eventication handle public ticketing?

Public ticket sales stay with your ticketing provider. Eventication connects to selected providers to issue tickets to crew and accreditation lists. It also supports cashless reward integrations.

Does Eventication provide hardware?

Yes. Scanners, wristband printers and kiosks are available to rent. We can help you plan quantities, power and connectivity for your event.

Does Eventication offer on-site support?

You can request on-site support. We’ll discuss what your team needs and confirm the arrangements, alongside any training or equipment rental.

How can we review privacy and security?

Start with our privacy and security page, then contact us with your event’s requirements. We can discuss permissions, personal data and the information your team needs for its review.

How does the platform connect planning to on-site work?

Your team can use the same event records to prepare shifts, check access and record equipment loans. For example, a wristband can identify the person collecting a radio and link that checkout to their record.
