Eventication began as a tool for preparing a festival. It has grown through the work and suggestions of the organisers who use it.
A tool for Nick’s festival
In 2016, festival organiser Nick Verheyden and software engineer Sam Van Damme started working together. Sam built a tool from scratch to help Nick prepare for a festival. They called it FestiDB.
Other organisers began using it too. Their questions and suggestions helped shape the tool around more of the work involved in preparing an event.
