Eventication Event management software

Keep booking and production working from the same artist information

Bring the offer, performance times, advancing, rooms and transport together in one artist dossier.

Give booking and production a shared reference as details develop, from the first offer to the day sheet used on site.

From the first offer to the event day

Artist management brings booking and production information together for each act. The dossier connects the offer and lineup to advancing, accommodation, transport and the documents teams need on the day.

  1. One dossier per artist

Keep the offer, rider, rooms, transport and contacts together.

  2. Booking meets lineup

Connect the confirmed booking to its stage and performance time.

  3. Advancing stays visible

Follow checklist items and deadlines as production prepares each act.

  4. Prepare the event day

Build roomlists, journeys and day sheets from the artist’s information.

Information to bring together for each artist

  • Offers, status and booking contacts
  • Performance times, rooms and travel
  • Rider requests, questions and follow-up owners
  • Roomlists and day sheets for hotels, hospitality and artist liaisons

A shared dossier gives booking and production a place to keep those details current.

Questions about artist management

What is Eventication Artist Management?

It is the Eventication module for festival booking and production teams. Each artist gets one dossier for the offer, lineup slot, advancing, riders, contacts, documents, accommodation, transport and operational exports.

Which features are available?

The module includes an offer pipeline, lineup and stage planning, advancing checklists, riders, contacts, documents, infosheets, itineraries, artist history, hotels, dressing rooms, transport planning, a driver portal, tasks, role views, activity log and exports.

Does the artist or management need an account?

No. A magic link gives management access only to its own artist dossier.

Can Eventication plan sets after midnight?

Yes. Each festival day can have its own operating window, for example 14:00 to 04:00. Sets after midnight remain attached to the festival day where they belong. The calendar also flags overlapping sets and slots outside the configured window.

Can I build hotel roomlists and hospitality reports?

Yes. Manage hotels, room types, bookings, room occupancy, dressing rooms and rider items. You can export roomlists for a hotel and create hospitality reports and rider matrices for production and purchasing.

Which travel types can I plan?

Plan transfers, taxis, flights, trains, boats, rental cars and buses. You can also record taxi booking references and payment methods, flag journeys that need attention and give drivers their own route view.

How does Artist Management fit with Accreditation?

Artist management holds booking and production information. Accreditation handles access for artists, entourage and other groups. Both belong to the same event, with each team working in its relevant module.

Does the artist history carry over to the next edition?

Yes. Previous editions remain searchable, including stage, set time, cost and documents. Teams can use that history when the same artist returns.
