Show Up for Humanity 2025
A festival by Worried Citizens vzw
Mark your calendar: on September 20, Show Up for Humanity is happening at the Atomium in Brussels!
As this event is organized by citizens for citizens, we’re looking for volunteers who want to help bring this powerful project to life.
Most of our volunteer shifts are around six hours, most are between 11:30 - 17:30 and 17:30 - 23:30 on the 20th of September. Yet some shifts are at different times or on the days before and after the event, you can select your own shift in this tool. As a volunteer, you'll get our unique Show Up shirt, drinks and nice snacks, and a chance join the team with our other volunteers: Zwangere Guy, Selah Sue, Elisabeth Lucie Baeten, Tine Embrechts, Adélaïde Charlier, and many more.
If you want to volunteer together with friends, make your separate accounts and book yourself in for the same shift with your own accounts.

Why Show Up? The world is on fire. You care and want to do something about it but don't know where to start. Maybe you feel alone, powerless, or even cynical. We feel you. That's why we as citizen initiative Worried Citizens are organizing the free festival Show Up for Humanity, where alongside music, empathy and solidarity take center stage. Together with many others, we're turning our worries into action. Not doom-thinking, but do-thinking.
